charming beaded necklace.... natural necklace... stone and rope necklace that has both urban and rustic traces

made of lovely 14 mm faceted blue agate beads and knotted rope , finished with a crab claw and ring

the beads range from darker to lighter opaque to translucent ..they are blue variations with white and brown details..the beds are natural, so they have tiny imperfections in the stone...see photo details!

"Under the EU’s previous distance-selling laws, buyers had the right to return certain products within seven days for any reason. The new regulations expand the return window to 14 days after receipt of the goods. Within that time frame, buyers can change their minds and return products without providing a reason. This rule does NOT apply to custom-made products and certain perishable goods, unless you specify that buyers can return those items.

The cancellation period will start the moment a customer receives a product."

This law only applies to sellers and customers within the European Union, BUT! if you are really unhappy with a product, you can also return it thus: notify me in 7 days from the arrival of goods, and ship it back within the next 7 days.
Non of the less, in case of orders that come outside ou EU, refund is not an option, only a same value exchange, and in case of postal damage, or some sort of personal mistake on my part, the shipping of the new item will be covered by myself.
So having this in mind...i do hope there will be no need for any returns....:) i.ll do my best to describe ,answer questions, send pictures prior to shiping, so you can be happy with uour item.

**********Although i understand that return policy is good in many ways,and protects customers from fraudy sellers,I really find the return policy offensive to honest artists and artisans, that provide the best and most accurate possible description to their items, because chances are high that someone purchases an item just to wear it for 14 days and then return it, with full compensation ,not even having to pay for the so called trial period not even a minimal "rent"..after all sellers are not charity companies!!!
i really believe that in order for this law to work really justly in both ways requires a lot more work and detailing, but slim chances for that....so untill any better option, i will conform, but also keep in mind my interests too in case of fraud or ill will suspicion from buyers, so every case will be handled differently.
And i also really hope that we will not encounter such problems, so please, if You consider that you might not entirely like apiece, please do not order!

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

buyers are required to send a notification- in email or message-on etsy, with the date of the parcel being lifted from local post office

"If buyers properly exercise their right of return" a refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item .
I will check if the item is not damaged or showing visible signs of evident use and wear, and if all is good, will issue the refund.(item to be shipped in original wrapping,or to be secured and wrapped similarly!!!!!!!!!!)

If severe damage on the item and buyer can not prove that it was shipped like that- photos of damaged parcel un- opened, etc, the case will be presented to the etsy ''officials''


The refund may or may not include the cost of delivery- depending on each case, of the state of item, cancellation date, suspicion of ill will , etc.


Buyers will bear the shipping costs related to returning goods !!!!!


If an item is damaged by fault of the postal services- photos are required to prove that - both of damaged wrapping of un- opened parcel, as well as of the damages on the item.......and the customer wants an EXCHANGE- another similar item, or something else from the shop, in the same value-or a 10-15 higher value , damaged item will be returned in original packaging , at the cost of the customer, and after receiving the returned item, i will ship the new item- the customer not having to pay the shipping fees on the exchange item, as well as benefiting of a 10% discount on an eventual second order.

If you can prove that parcel was lost by fault of the mail services, after a period of 30 days waiting, and still no sign of item, i will refund the whole amount-price + shipping fees, and you'll benefit of 10% off in case of any new order.

Each item (except downloadable items ,perishables ) benefits of a limitless aces to repairs, so if your favorite piece is damaged over time (not in the 14 days period, but the period next to it,when used longer) for any reason, i will mend it for you free of charge- you only have to bear the shipping cost back and forth .

for smaller objects, drawings, prints i use the small parcels option, shipping as regular mail , priority service
(i ship items in bubbled :))) envelops, depending on the nature of item, reinforce envelope with additional card boards or wrap the pieces in parer, another plain envelope, or fasten them in some way, ensuring a safe as possible shipping
larger paintings ,or other art objects will be carefully packed and backed, also marked as FRAGILE )

Sometimes i insure the more valuable pieces,send it "to be signed for", etc....this i will always specify

larger objects, paintings will be shipped as parcels,insured, tagged as FRAGILE, with specific taxes !!!-that i will always let sellers know befor eany purchase
