Custom orders are welcome so if you can't see what you are looking for please contact us and we will try to help. All of our items are made to order in limited quantities. If you require a larger quantity of one of our items, please let us know so that we can arrange this for you.

Processing & Shipping time

All items are carefully packed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday) as Tracked shipping with tracking number via Hellenic Post (ELTA).

Converting from inches to centimeters

The conversion factor from inches to centimeters is 2.54. Necklace size is the total - finished length of the chain or any other material which have been used for its creation. The clasp is included. Below we have converted the most popular necklace sizes: 14 inches = 35.6 cm 16 inches = 40.6 cm 18 inches = 45.7 cm 20 inches = 50.8 cm 22 inches = 55.9 cm 24 inches = 61 cm 26 inches = 66 cm 28 inches = 71.1 cm 30 inches = 76.2 cm 32 inches = 81.3 cm

You can return your order within 14 days of delivery. The custom orders or customized items can’t be returned or exchanged. As soon we receive your order we will proceed with the refund. Please note that the shipping charges are not refundable and buyers are responsible for the return shipping cost. If an order is returned to us due to reasons beyond our control (such as an incorrect address or unclaimed package), we can resend it to you for an additional shipping fee. A refund can be given excluding shipping costs. Despite each and every effort to have accurate photos of every item color, actual color may vary slightly in each monitor or mobile device. Please note that there may be variations in stones color shade and pattern.

All international shipping times may vary due to customs clearance and other variables. We have no control over international shipping time. The delivery days are an estimated time frame and it is not guaranteed.
