Materials: Turquoise, Steel, American Elm, Elm
The slab came from a large American Elm in Frederick County, Maryland. The table measures 78"L x 36"W (wide end) x 23"W (narrow end) x 1 3/4" thick and is finished with a durable urethane that is impervious to water and alcohol. It is displayed with hairpin legs that put the top at about 18" high.
Several knots and voids within the slab are inlaid with turquoise.

5 out of 5 starsWorking with Scott was absolutely fantastic. I sought a very specific piece that Scott hunted down for me. He sent me several pictures and options until we finally settled on a black walnut slab that would ultimately become the most beautiful desk I've ever seen. After selecting the piece of wood, Scott began working on the finishing process. He sent me pictures of each step in the process which I really appreciated. It was fun to be included and watch it go from a slab to a finished desk. Upon completing the desk, Scott shipped the finished slab via UPS freight and built a custom crate for the finished item. At no fault of his own, UPS punctured the box with a fork lift and slightly damaged the desk. Scott had a friend in my area who came and picked up the desk, made the repair and returned it to me. Wonderful service!

The coffee table was just as pictured and I was very happy that the tone perfectly matches the end tables in the room. The wood grain is beautiful and the table was hand delivered!!

I absolutely LOVE the table! It is stunning. Such a wonderful statement piece for the room. And Scott was amazing to work with. He was so communicative throughout the entire process, and the end product was exactly what I wanted. Would give more stars if I could. :)
