Our standard shipping does not include a tracking number. If you would like tracking for your order, please message us PRIOR to ordering so we can check pricing to your location. Then we can provide you with shipping options and pricing.
Orders are wrapped in tissue paper with a business card. If you would like a personalized note added, please include information in the "NOTES TO SELLER" section at checkout. We do not include the sales receipt with orders marked as a gift, however if shipping to USA or International, we do need to disclose the value of item on customs form.
Due to the nature of our products being handmade, pattern placement of fabric items may vary. Wood items may vary in color due to individual wood grain. Colors may appear slightly different due to individual monitor settings. Items are photographed in natural light for truest colors.
