    Kathy made me a beautiful wedding dress! She is so talented-I sent her a photo and some images of the color fabric I wanted for my wedding dress (I chose a pale yellow). She guided me through the entire way and the fabric is perfect! The details on the dress are impressive, especially considering she constructed everything from one photo. My wedding is in October and Kathy sent the dress several months in advance for fitting. I’ll send photos to show off the dress. Thank you Kathy! I couldn’t be happier 😊

    The dress is even prettier in person and it fits me perfectly! It's beautiful and comfortable, and I can't wait to wear it to prom. It even arrived a couple weeks earlier than I thought it would. I can't recommend this seller enough!

    The dress is beautiful, very well made. I am incredibly happy with how it turned out. The dress isn't 100% identical to the picture displayed, I would say its 99%. Which I am completely fine with. The difference I saw was it isn't as low cut as in the picture, on the dress I received the portion right above the bow is covered so the v doesn't go all the way to belt it stops before. It's not an issue for me, but could be for someone else. The lace covering is amazing. Overall I am very happy with my purchase and will only be doing one small alteration.

Please make sure that you understand our return policy and ensure that all criteria are met before physically sending any items back to us.

General Returns

All returns must let our customer support know within 24 hours from the time you receive the package. We only accept products in their original condition. In particular, be sure of the item sending back in original condition (completely new, unworn, no dirt, no perfume, no lipstick, no cigarette smell, no stain, no damage, clothing tag still be attached). Refund will be denied if one of these conditions present after we receive and check. The shipping cost you paid before will not be refunded.

1. All returns must be within 3 days of when the shipment was dropped off from the carrier.

2. We check each item before we send it out, we can ensure the color and the size are correct, if you find the size or the color is wrong, please contact us. After confirming with us, return it back to us.

3. If the dress has any major quality problem, please let our customer support know within 24 hours from the time you receive the dress, we will solve the problems for you as soon as possible.

Attention:

1. FOREVERUS accepts complete refund for the item that has problem due to our carelessness. That means we cannot warrant a refund if the problem of the item is not caused by FOREVERUS.

2. Defective, damaged or miss-shipped items are eligible for a full refund. When requesting your refund, please be ready to provide Customer Service with photographs clearly showing the problem with the items. If you believe your items were damaged during shipping, Customer Service will need photographs showing the damaged packaging as well as "Proof of Damage" documentation from your delivery carrier in order to process your refund.

3. We will exchange your product if the purchased product does not match the color you ordered (perceived color differences due to your computer monitor display will not be exchanged).

4. Please be aware that due to the nature of the handwork required, the finished gown may vary approximately 1" ~ 3" in either direction of specified measurements.

5. If your dress size differs from the specifications of your order by more than 1 ~ 3 inch, we encourage you to find a local tailor to make adjustments, and we will gladly reimburse you for up to 10% of the product price in tailoring costs. If you choose this option, please remember to request a receipt from your tailor as a copy of it must be provided when requesting reimbursement.

6. Please understand that dresses that do not fit properly but in accordance with the specifications you ordered cannot be returned or exchanged. You can go to a local tailor or a professional seamstress to have the dress re-sized at your own cost: Please note that if your order specifications differ too greatly from the final sizing request, re-sizing may not be possible.

7. Full refund herein does not include the shipping and handling cost.

8. Please note that we cannot process any products that are returned without our prior knowledge. If you wish to return the item, you will need to contact customer service via Etsy Message System.

9. We will not afford the shipping cost of the return package and related custom duty. So, please return it back via your local Post Office and choose the economic shipping method.

Canceled Orders

We totally understand that ordering a dress for your special occasion is an important undertaking, and our cancellation policy was created with this in mind. However, it is important to note that our clothing and the materials cannot be reused once the creation process has begun. The good news is that after placing your order, there is still time to change your mind. Please refer to our cancellation below for details.

Before wedding dress tailoring, all dress orders canceled within 12 hours from the initial purchase will lose none of the merchandise purchase price for customers' color, size and style exchange.

Bridal orders canceled 12 hours later and 36 hours before will be charged 30% of the Merchandise purchase price as a cancellation fee. All Wedding Dress orders canceled after 36 hours of the initial purchase will lose 50% of the Merchandise purchase price. We reserves the right to cancel, refund, or refuse any order. We do NOT accept cancellations on the orders after 72 hours of the initial purchase.

* Delays in delivery due to adverse weather conditions are NOT covered by Foreverus guarantee. Original shipping charges will not be refunded in this case.
Unfortunately, shipping is not always a smooth process despite everyone’s best efforts. Below are some basic policies in place regarding certain contingencies that could arise:

Package Refusal

The team at Foreverus does not recommend that you refuse a package from us. Doing so will only add to the cost of the process for everyone involved. Instead, if you need a refund, accept the package and begin this process with us by contacting our Customer Service Dept. If a package is refused, we will not process your return. In another words, NO REFUND will be allowed.

Packages Lost in Transit

If your order is lost in transit, Foreverus will immediately begin the process of running a tracer on your shipment. This process generally takes approximately 15 business days, and if the order is not located when this process is complete Foreverus remake or refund the purchase cost, whatever is more convenient for customer.

Lost Orders

A product is considered lost if it does not reach the recipient within two weeks (14 days) of the order being shipped.
If the tracking number shows that the product was delivered to the correct address, Foreverus is no longer liable for the shipment.
If the tracking number shows that the product was not delivered, you simply need to complete an affidavit, sign it and email or fax it back to the customer service department. At that point, Foreverus will ship you a new order. We will also investigate the situation, which could take up to two weeks to complete.
Foreverus will pay for the new shipping fee.

Product is Damaged by or Stolen from Shipping

A product is considered damaged if:
The package contains a document from the company stating that the box was opened and the product was damaged; or
The recipient opens the package and the product has physically been damaged in some material way.
A product is considered stolen if the recipient receives the package with shipping company documentation that states that the package was opened and the product removed during the shipping process.
In either case, please contact our Customer Service Dept immediately. Once we receive the documentation that includes a statement from the shipping company that the product was damaged or stolen during delivery, Foreverus will ship you a new product at no cost to you.
The damaged product must be returned within 3 days of receiving it.
