Shipping within Europe takes 4-14 days.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details

All items are quality checked before being posted. All items are packaged well and I can't be held responsible for damages in the post. If however your item does meet with any unfortunate damages i will replace the item, once i have received the damaged item back in its original packaging. Buyer is responsible for postage costs.

Customised work cannot be returned or cancelled once I have started work on them.

In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your item, you can return it within seven days. Email me to let me know you are returning the item. The item must be returned in the same condition and in original packaging as it was received. Shipping charges are non-refundable and are the full responsibility of the customer. Returns will only be accepted if the products are not damaged or used. You will receive a refund within 4 working days when return items are received.

Shipping policies

Ready to ship items will be shipped within three working days, custom items will be shipped in three to seven days depending on the work entailed.

My items are all packaged well therefore I can not be held responsible for the postal system mishandling the package.

Items returned are at the senders expense, I will refund the cost of the item only. Custom items can not be returned.

All items are sent by standard post, I can not be held responsible once the package has entered the postal system. If you wish to pay extra for tracking which means your item will have to be signed for, let me know and I will invoice you for the difference in cost.
