Returns & exchanges

Digital Items:
As digital items cannot be returned, a refund is not available. If you, however, are unhappy with your purchased design, please send me a message and tell me what you dislike, if possible, I might be able to change something :)

Physical Items:
Refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:
(1) The customer contacts me within 10 days of purchase OR 3 days from receiving the item;
(2) The item is shipped back to me by the customer;
(3) The customer bears the full cost of shipping;
(4) The item is received by me in the same condition I sent it.

If all of these criteria are met, I will send a full refund after step 4.

If an item arrives damaged (not due to the customer's own doing, whether intentional or accidental), please send me pictures of the broken items. In this case I will refund 50% of the individual price.

If, due to damage, you would like a full refund (ie. for the whole set, not just the individual item), please refer to the criteria for refunds above. The time limits for damage claims will be the same as for the refunds: 10 days of purchase or 3 days from receiving the item.

In the event of non-receipt, I will provide proof of shipping. Please do allow for some time for the item to arrive, and do check with neighbours in case your items arrived at their address instead. Please also check if the address provided is correct. If the item does not arrive due to a wrong address, no refunds will be issued. If the address is correct and the item does not arrive within 30 days, I will contact the post office for further information. Please note that, if you did not ask for a tracking number, I will not refund items which are not received, as the Post office is responsible for the loss. But if you contact me in such a case, we can talk about further steps.
