BESPOKE SEATING CHART / ESCORT SIGN
Use a seating chart to guide your guests to their table. The sign can be organized by table (as shown), or by alphabetical order and sized to your specifications.

THIS LISTING IS FOR A DIGITAL DESIGN - PDF FILE of a custom designed seating chart that you can have printed for you at any print shop / copy center.

PRINTING, MOUNTING, and SHIPPING is not included and will be quoted separately and dependent on your finished size. ( PRINTED ITEMS ONLY AVAILABLE TO SHIP TO THE UNITED STATES AT THIS TIME )

3 rounds of Proofs / Revisions are included with your order. Design does not start until we receive the following:
- Etsy order
- Spreadsheet with your names and table numbers setup
- Actual size of print needed to fit your frame

Please let us know the size that you would like the finished design to be. We suggest shopping for a frame first in order to know what your finished size is. There will be an additional charge to resize the design once the proper dimensions are given.

You will NOT be able to resize at the print shop.

Upon approval of FINAL PROOF, you will receive a DIGITAL PDF FILE sized to your specifications.

IF ORDERING A PRINTED and MOUNTED sign, upon approval of FINAL PROOF, you will receive an invoice. Final approval and payment is due prior to printing. Once your order ships, we'll post a tracking number through Etsy for your transaction.

Production time is approximately 2 weeks from receipt of all materials, dimensions, and spreadsheet. Any delay in providing this information will delay your order. We suggest ordering 4 to 6 weeks prior to your event date.

Shipping policies

Once final proofs are approved, your order will be submitted for printing. If no assembly is required, your order will ship within 3 to 10 business days.

For assembled products, such as invitation suites, please refer to the individual listing for production and shipping time frames.

We only ship products to the US at this time via USPS Priority Mail 2-Day® service with a tracking number or via FedEx delivery.
