How long will my order take to ship?

I try to organize my shop so that you can tell what I have in stock, and what is made to order by viewing the sections on the left side of the shop. In addition, each listing has a "Ready to ship in..." area where I let you know how long it will take for your order to be ready to ship. My out of stock crystal mugs, for example say 3-6 weeks, because that's how long they take me to make. Feel free to message me for a rush order or for a smaller window. I will provide one when possible.

How are your items priced?

I generally try to set prices on my more intricate pieces as fairly as possible, while still making sure to "pay myself" for my work, as recommended by Etsy. My sculptural mugs, like my crystal mugs for example, take me many many hours. I don't use molds to make mugs or elements of my mugs, and hand carve each moon, crystal, and geode one at a time. In addition, if a piece has a lot of gold, I have to price accordingly. The gold I use is genuine 22k and is very expensive. Custom and personalized orders

If I have the time, I am always up for trying something new, and personalizing an item for you. Etsy buyers are some of the most creative people I've met, and while I won't agree to all requests due to time or material limitations, I'm always happy to consider your special custom ideas and work on them with you.

Can I use your mugs or are they just pretty to look at?

Yes! My mugs are functional sculptures and you can most definitely use them to drink from :)

Are your mugs microwaveable? Dishwasher safe?

Nothing with gold (almost all of my mugs) can be put in the microwave as I use genuine 22k gold on them. They will spark or worse! Like fine china, please hand wash your mugs to preserve the life of the gold. I do offer a couple of designs without gold, and those are completely ok to be put in the microwave and dishwasher! Store and display your rings on your night table on this beautiful white ring cone, accented in 22k gold. Place one near your sink for safe ring-keeping as you get your hands dirty in the kitchen.
