Description

A full tutorial showing you how to make Alice bands for any size of dolly head. From Barbie to Blythe, the tutorial shows you how to measure the band to your doll's head.

At the end is a section on how to make a flower embellishment.

This is an 18 page tutorial and I've taken just as much trouble with it as I do with my full-scale sewing patterns. The photographic instructions are very clear.

There are no pattern pieces to print out. Any pieces you need to cut are very basic and full sizes are given.

Due to high costs of printing ink, I regret I cannot offer a printed version of this download.

Your download, after payment, will be in both A4 format AND US Letter format. This way you can choose which format you'd prefer, the European A4, or the US Letter (USL).

Contents:
1) TUTE#019 Instructions for Multi-sized Alice band. U.S. Letter size (USL)
1) TUTE#019 Instructions for Multi-sized Alice band. A4 size.

This is a tutorial on how to make these hand crafted items, not actual Alice bands.

DUE TO HEALTH ISSUES, I DO NOT MAKE DOLL GARMENTS OR ACCESSORIES TO ORDER.

You are welcome to use my patterns to make your own doll clothes to sell. HOWEVER - please respect my copyright, and give credit to Raccoon’s Rags on your sale page. For example it’s okay to write “Handmade by myself, using a Raccoon’s Rags pattern” or even “adapted from a Raccoon’s Rags pattern” But not “My own design”.

I always credit other artisans/designers when I use their patterns or adapt them. They did all the hard work and deserve the recognition.

Many thanks and happy sewing.
