If you've ever ran an obstacle race that has the spear throw as an obstacle, you have seen a lot of people doing burpees after their attempts.
On average, 85-90% of ALL people FAIL the spear throw at Obstacle course races!

These spears are approx. 67" and weigh 2.0-2.5lbs., and unlike the spears at races and home built spears that rely on duct tape and glue, these spears are made of the highest quality materials and will last for years as my spear heads are a full 12" in length and are press fit deeper into the shaft of the spear and secured with construction cement to seal and lock them together.

All you need to provide is a hay bail or an archery target and LOTS of room to practice, as spears have a tendency to fly in random directions if they glance off of the target.
