Description

These adorable quail brooches are like, my favorite thing I'm making these days. I don't know about you but I can't get enough of these little birds! I get so excited when I see a covey (did you know they were called that!?) of quail partying around in the grass and just basically being chickens but way cuter. And I love me some chickens. But quail... squee!! Like the birds that inspired them, these brooches just look super cute wherever you pin them... dress, bag, etc. I like wearing mine on my hat.

Size: Approx. 1 1/2 inches wide, 1 3/4 inches tall. Bar pin back is 1 inch long and placed at approximately a 45º angle from horizontal.

•All butterflies & other paper art creatures are made to order. I reserve 2 weeks to create each order.

•Please check your mailing address on your invoice! If you provide an incorrect mailing address, I will have to re-bill you for the shipping to send out a second order.

Returns & exchanges

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items on sale

Returns and exchange details

If any item arrives damaged, does not match what you ordered, or the quality does not meet your expectations, do not hesitate to contact me and describe the issue. I will be happy to offer a replacement or refund.

Requests for returns must be made within a reasonable timeframe (within 14 days of receipt).

All returns over USD $50 are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.

Unless an order is defective or is not what you ordered, buyer pays return shipping.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: If your order has not arrived within 7 weeks of your date of purchase, it will be considered lost and I will be happy to replace it at that time.

Shipping policies

•I ship via USPS, First Class (US customers may also elect to upgrade to Priority shipping).

•US CUSTOMERS: First class shipments usually arrive within a week of shipment, occasionally it can take two weeks. All orders include tracking/delivery confirmation. Please contact me before purchase if an upgrade to Priority or Express is needed. That is a shipping upgrade only. I need to know the exact date you need the order by if the PRODUCTION of your order must also be rushed.

•INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Most international orders arrive 2-4 WEEKS after shipment (even to Canada/Mexico). During holidays or random inspections, a package held in customs can take up to 6 WEEKS to arrive. I reserve 1 WEEK for making your order prior to shipment. Thus if you need your order sooner than 7 WEEKS after the date of purchase, please contact me for a service upgrade prior to purchase. There is no tracking available for international orders unless service is upgraded. *BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL VAT/DUTIES/CUSTOMS CHARGES INCURRED*

•Can I check out with PayPal even if I don't have an account?

Yep! Choose the PayPal option during checkout. After you submit your order, click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.


•I changed my mind. Can I cancel my order?

Definitely! Just send me a message anytime prior to shipment of your order and I will be happy to cancel it and refund you in full.


•Can you coat the butterflies with something to make them shiny or waterproof?

The short answer is no. All of my paper contains sizing (a glue) that, when moistened, causes the paper to warp in a way that compromises the final quality.


•How do I order different colors than what you've shown in (x) set?

During checkout, use the "message to seller" text box to let me know how many butterflies you want in each color. Or, send me a message if you have already completed checkout.


•Can you accept a mailed check or take my credit card number over the phone?
I only accept payments online via Etsy checkout and PayPal. This keeps us both safe and accountable.
