- If the plants were in good condition upon arrival but melted after a week, there is a good chance that the aquarium environment is not suitable for the plants. It could be the lighting system, substrate, CO2 level or nutrient content, etc. When that happens, please do not hesitate to contact us. We can help you to spot the problem.

- The plants we sell are home grown in an indoor, enclosed environment, with snails and fish.

What you need to keep the plants thrive
- Adequate lighting system, the light that usually comes with new tank is not suitable for growing live plants.
- Adequate substrate (except for floating plants), substrate particle size should not be more than 1/4” in diameter. A substrate depth of 2-3 inches is recommended for most plants.
- CO2 injection can greatly improve plants growth
- Fertilization both in substrate and water column
- pH should be in the range of 6.5 - 7.5
- Temperature should be in the range of 70-80 degree for most plants

Leaving the same review on all the products I purchased. I got the Water spangles, red root floater, Ludwigia repens, giant duckweed, and Amazon frogbit. These were packaged for shipping wonderfully. Still moist and very happy looking plants. My fantail goldfish absolutely loved getting new plants and I will be sure to order much more in the future! I did message the seller to inquire some info as I am a beginner with live aquatic plants and they helped greatly. The plants and water with the plants looked nice, clear and healthy so I put them right into my tank without a bleach bath or quarantining any. A week later, and they are all still doing great!

The plants arrived in beautiful condition. I wanted to wait a while to post a review so I could see how the plants adjusted. I got my plants on March 10 and I have not lost a single one. They came snail free and healthy. I would totally recommend this seller to friends looking for good quality plants. The seller was also very nice and asked about making another purchase to help my plants arrive perfectly. They were also well packaged!
