Can I personalise my order? Yes of course! I have a custom candle listing where I can add your own personalised message. Can I add a gift message with my order? Absolutely! Please select the gift message option when you check out and leave your gift message

Do you offer a range of sizes? I do, I offer three sizes. Small, Medium and Large. Each listing details the exact dimensions of each size

Are you CLP compliant? I am indeed, each and every product has appropriate paper work and is compliant with UK/EU Laws and regulation. Are your cosmetics safety assessed? Yes, all of my health and beauty products are assessed, and conform to REGULATION (EC) No 1223/2009 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 30 November 2009 on Cosmetic Products Are any of your products tested on animals? 100% NO! All of my products are vegan friendly and cruelty free

What if my item arrives damaged?

Its very rare due to how I package but sometimes unfortunately glass can break! if your order does arrive broken please report this within 24 hours of delivery with photographs. I can replace or refund. I will not accept any liability for broken items after 48 hours of delivery.

What happens if I miss my parcel and it is returned?

If your parcel has been returned to me due to no access and none collection you will need to repay shipping costs to have it returned. I am not responsible for a forced return.
