Returns & exchanges
Custom made items are not returnable. If there are special circumstances, please contact me and we can discuss the options. Newborn items can sometimes be arranged for exchanges if they do not fit. Babies come in so very many sizes so with an unborn baby gifts, the best I can do is make the items based on the average sizes for that age.
All other return requests will be dealt with on an individual basis and I will be happy to try to work with you in the event that something is incorrect or does not fit. Your happiness with my creation is important to me!

I do all of my shipping by USPS, sent with Delivery Confirmation when able to be, so you will have a tracking number. If special arrangements for faster shipping need to be made for some reason, or you need insurance or some such please contact me. There would be an additional charge of course but I would be happy to accommodate your request to the best of my ability.
Since sometimes my shipping rates are estimates of the cost of shipping, especially for custom made items, the actual cost to ship may vary a bit from what I charge you. If you are OVERCHARGED for shipping by over $1 then I will refund the overcharged amount to your Paypal account within a couple of days at the most.
If for some reason, you are UNDERCHARGED for shipping by standard methods by more than $5, than I will send you an invoice via Paypal requesting the difference be covered by you. I try my best to determine shipping accurately, but on new custom orders with no basis for comparison, my estimates can be in error. Please be aware of these policies.
