Each made to order item in the shop is made one at a time following your indications.
It's very important you to read the whole item description and measure yourself or your kids correctly. I really care about making for you a custom garment according your own measurements and requirements. DON'T FORGET to communicate correctly all the measurements needed. Send a message before purchasing with any question or doubt, I will help you willingly.

I love happy customers so if you wish to return something for some reason please contact me within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of item(s) so we can work something out. I handle these requests on a case by case basis only.
For returns, please obtain proof of posting when returning your item(s). Your money will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the proof of return shipping. In the absence of the proof of return shipping, you'll receive a 40% of your original purchase. Shipping fees are not refunded.
Returning or exchanging items MUST BE in shipped back in their original package with tags attached. Same way as you received.

Any refunds will be issued according the payment method - Paypal or Direct Check Out by Etsy - (minus shipping charges and a restocking fee of 3.5% minus 22% Italy tax from the price item declared on the custom form if your package comes from overseas) as long as the item is returned in the same condition it was shipped, in the same packaging with hang tags attached.

All returns or exchanges are shipped back to me at customers' expense.
All Italy customs expenses for returns or exchanges are at customers' expense (which is charged as 22% Italy VAT tax from the item price described on the custom declaration form attached to the package).

**ABOUT EXTRA SIZES AND SIZES OUT OF CHART**
I do work on several extra size orders.
Not all garments I offer in my catalogue admit larger sizes so I ask you to convo me before ordering.
All orders in extra sizes are made as "CUSTOM ORDERS" and there is always an extra fee charged for extra material required. This extra fee changes according the item.
If your size is not in my size charts, feel free to convo me anytime to request more info about the item you are interested. I will list a custom order for you.
Keep in mind EXTRA SIZES CUSTOM ORDERS CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED.
