This is the first negative experience I've every had on Etsy. I tried buying two of these candles, which look lovely, but nothing arrived. Eventually I was asked to leave a review but the items had still not been despatched. I mailed the seller about each, reaching out more than once over several days and finally had to open a case with Etsy to be refunded. I'm not a fan of negativity but I think people should be aware of problems ever receiving an item as often people buy gifts that are time sensitive.
