Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

I strive to provide you with quality and pleasure in all items that I make. If, for some reason, you are unsatisfied with your item, please convo me as soon as possible and before leaving feedback so we can work out a better solution. I want all my customers to be happy & proud of their purchases :)
As all items are handmade by me, there will be a few slight imperfections (yarn knots, fuzzies, etc) that make each item unique. However, if the item should be damaged (unraveling, breaks suddenly) within the first 4 weeks of use, please convo me so we can work out either a repair or exchange, depending on the situation. With any fiber craft, natural wear and tear will occur and I cannot be held responsible to replace items after such time.
