All items are handmade to order and ship via USPS within 2-5 business days (this does not include transit time once your order is handed off to USPS, it just means the item will be handed off to USPS within 2-5 business days). When you place your order, the invoice on the order on the top right side will say "Scheduled to ship by" and that is the date by which your order will be handed off to USPS. It is not a delivery date. Once your order has shipped you'll receive a tracking number for it. At that point the USPS website will be able to provide a projected delivery date.

International orders may be subject to duties/customs fees. We do not have any way to estimate these fees or pay them for you. These fees vary by country. There is no guaranteed delivery speed for international mail and international parcels can take a few weeks to arrive. Please plan accordingly if you are ordering from outside the US.

We offer both first class and priority mail options. If you select priority mail we will ship your order using USPS priority mail service. This does NOT mean we can ship your order the day after you order. All of our items are handmade to order, which is why we have a 2-5 business day window for shipping.

When we receive priority orders we do make every effort to ship those packages as fast as we possibly can. Occasionally we can do next day shipping, but in most cases we do need at least 2-3 business days to get a priority order printed and handed off to USPS, and then USPS needs 2-3 business days to deliver the shipment. If you have a firm in-hand date you are aiming for, please contact us to verify that we can make it happen.

IMPORTANT:
Please be sure to TRACK YOUR PACKAGE once it has been shipped. Occasionally we get reports of packages being marked as delivered without being received and in many of those instances it's a case of delivery error on the part of USPS. We have a much better chance of locating your missing package if you tell us right away. If you wait a week or two, it's very unlikely we'll still be able to have the package found.

If you are NOT IN THE USA, please keep an eye on your tracking info. We have seen instances of customers missing notifications from their postal services about packages being ready for pick up and the packages don't get collected because the recipient missed the package notice. This results in packages being returned to us from overseas. Please help us avoid this by TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE!

Lastly, please DOUBLE CHECK your mailing address in your confirmation email to make sure your address is correct, free of typos and contains all address information such as apartment or suite number. We cannot replace packages free of charge if they are lost due to an incorrect shipping address.

With ALL of our products, it's standard to have about a 1" tolerance in length & width. This is true of all tees, tanks & fleece regardless of brand. What that means is a shirt that's described as 18.5" long could be 18" long but would still be considered on spec since it's only a half inch variance. If that shirt were 17" long that would be off spec. We cannot offer refunds for slight variances in measurements that are within normal measurement tolerance. If you are in doubt about a size, go up a size.

Please note some items are described as juniors fit. Those items run SMALL and are designed to be form fitting. Please make your size selections accordingly & read our sizing charts for help choosing a size.
