Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase.

Most items in our store are custom and made to order, therefore, there are NO REFUNDS on custom orders. These items are made specifically for you, the buyer.

Due the individual nature of all items personalized/monogrammed, these items are not eligible for refund.

Shipping policies

90% of our items are made to order, shipping is on each listing.

We strive to maintain 7-10 day turnaround time on all items excluding our quilts, memory bears, and pillows.

Quilts, Memory Bears and Pillows require 2-3 weeks from the time we receive your treasured item(s).

We do offer rush delivery if needed.

At this time we do not offer international shipping.
