Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

We try to describe items to the best of our ability, but if you have any questions or concerns regarding an item, PLEASE contact us before buying. We check email often and will get back to you as soon as possible.

Due to our on-going commitment to our two & four legged customers, to prevent the spread of disease, no returns will be accepted on Beds, Carriers, Toys or Treats.

Shipping policies

1. We usually ship out within 2 business days of a purchase and after a payment has cleared. I am happy to combine shipping costs on multiple items in a order.

**Packages are mailed with USPS Parcel Post with Delivery Confirmation.

**Some items will be mailed USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation due to keeping any shipping costs as low as possible for you the customer.

**Items under 13 oz. are mailed First Class with Delivery Confirmation.

2. Insurance is optional.

3. If the shipping fee ends up being less than the estimated cost, the difference over $1.00 will be refunded promptly to the form of payment used at the time of the order.

4. A RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number is required for any returns/exchanges. It is the customers responsibility for any return shipping costs as well as additional shipping costs for replacement.

5. Shipments out of the USA are available upon special request. Delivery dates are based on the specific item, weight, and delivery designation.
