• It is recommended to avoid paying through PayPal e-checks if you wish to have your designing or printing order delivered fast. This payment mode takes an extra week for clearing, which delays the processing of the order.

Returns & exchanges

Refund Policy:

Please be sure that you need the design item before the order is placed because all designing orders are final and non-refundable. This is because once we have delivered the files or even the samples, they cannot be retrieved like physical products.

If you have placed a print order, and it has not entered production phase, it may be possible to offer a refund on it. We will not be able to offer a refund if the order has entered the print phase.

Note: - We shall not be held accountable for any errors in the design files once they have been approved by customer for printing. We shall also not be held accountable for any errors in files designed by out-of-house designer(s), which were sent to us from your side for printing. We will highly recommend you to proofread your files thoroughly before you send or approve it for printing.

We at ZippyPrinting + Design are driven by the goal to ensure 100 percent customer satisfaction. As part of this policy, if we are convinced that our customer is not fully satisfied with their final item, we can make all attempts to ensure complete satisfaction.

We will email a print-ready PDF file to you to get your approval for printing. We will also ask you to verify your address before the order is processed for printing. This precaution helps ensure that any errors are prevented before printing.

Kindly check the final file and shipping address multiple times before you approve of the print. View the PDF files at 100% magnification to get a picture of how the texts will appear.

Note: - There is always some difference in how a design’s colors appear on the computer display and in final print. There can be a slight variation in how the printed colors (CMYK) appear compared to the colors on the computer’s display (RGB).

ZippyPrinting + Design cannot be held liable for any kind of illegitimate usage of images. Your designs must have only those images or files that you have rights to. Or else, you must have the permission from the image/file’s copyright owner.

We will email your graphic designed files to your email address (which appears in your Etsy account). You may also provide us with another email address to which you need the files to be sent.

The turnaround for custom projects will be different for each project. It is recommended to contact us directly to get an estimate of the turnaround time.
All standard print orders are shipped within 3 to 5 working days*. The days are counted from the time the payment has been processed and the file has been approved.

All the print orders are shipped through UPS. The orders will be sent through Ground or Economy mode, which can take anything from 3 to 6 working days. The duration can also be affected by your location. The orders will be shipped to the address displayed in the client’s PayPal account.

We offer free shipping (via UPS) to all the continental 48 states. We do not ship outside the US. Please provide your physical address, as we do not ship to any P.O. Box.

When a shipping address is found to be incomplete or invalid, UPS makes every attempt to find the accurate address for delivering the order. Make sure that your address is full and accurate for easier delivery. Failing this, we will be forced to charge an additional $11 which is required by UPS for making each correction.

It is recommended to provide the updated address with all the essential details including:

1. Street name
2. Suite, apartment or other number
3. City & state
4. Zip code
