When washing your garment turn it inside out. Machine wash cold with a mild detergent, and do not use bleach or fabric softener. Hang up to dry, or place in the dryer on a very low heat seating. Do not dry clean.
Coffee mugs and tumblers are NOT dishwasher safe. Hand wash only with a mild soap and pat dry.

I currently do not offer gift wrapping or personalized notes inside orders. I do however package each order neatly inside tissue paper.

I offer quite a few different garments. Each item may fit differently. Therefore, I have placed a size/color chart in each listing. You can find this in the additional photos of all listings. If you have any questions about sizing please contact me. I do not accept returns and or exchanges due to ordering the incorrect size.

Orders are normally shipped in 10-14 BUSINESS days. Your order may ship sooner or later depending on many factors. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. Please note I do NOT send order updates unless I have a question about your order or there is a substantial delay in shipping your order.

I am normally pretty busy making my awesome customers orders. Therefore please allow a minimum of 3 to 7 business days for a response to a conversation. If you would like to know when your order is shipping, you can view the expected ship date in the right hand corner of your receipt. You can also view all of my shop policies for additional questions.
I can normally get back to you before this time frame, but sometimes I have an extreme amount of orders that need to go out within a certain time frame. Therefore, I focus all of my attention on actually making items.

Since all orders completed here at Ashley's Custom Apparel are made as they are ordered and are custom, I do NOT offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.
**ALL SALES ARE FINAL ! ! There are NO EXCEPTIONS ! Once your order is placed and paid for it will not be cancelled or refunded.
If you request an order to be cancelled you will be offered store credit or an option to choose another garment, size, design, etc. But under no circumstances will your order be cancelled and or refunded.
If there is an error in your order due to a mistake made on my end, I will remake your item. Please inspect all garments immediately. If there is an error or problem with your order you MUST contact me within 3 business days of receiving your order.

You can change the color of the text to most any solid color. When selecting a garment color please keep the color of the text in mind. Example: If you order a black garment and the color shown is purple, please add a new text color choice such as white to the comments section on your order form. If you do not add this information, I will change it to what I see best fit.
