Packages that get lost due to an incorrect Ship To address will not be replaced or refund. If a package returns back due to an incorrect Ship To address, I will be more than happy to re-ship the package to a different address, but the shipping charges will be your responsibility.

All U.S. Orders are ship via Estafeta - FedEX rest of the world is ship using Correos de Mexico -USPS First Class International Mail (small packages) and Priority mail but the time of arrival is not guaranteed. Both options include a tracking number.
Depending on where are you located, packages can take anywhere from 2 - 6 weeks to arrive.

● Please note that your package might be held in Customs and this might cause delays as well. The customer is responsible for any customs or duties fees.
U.S. Residents are not charged by extra duty fees. Canadian and European residents please ask in your local postal office about possible customs taxes before placing an order.

● Refunds are not granted for lost packages.

1. What material is used to manufacture the toys?

Most of our toys are manufactured with Mexican pinewood. The side parts of the rockers, bean rockers and rock climbing boards are manufactured with Sveza European birch plywood which meets all European standards.

2. Is the paint used toxic?
We use non-toxic acrylic paint.

3. Is there available stock for shipping or is everything manufactured on demand?
Occasionally we do have some parts in stock, but generally, everything is manufactured on demand. The standard production time is 4 weeks but it can increase up to 8 weeks during Christmas Holidays.

4. Do you provide replacement parts in case one is damaged during the assembly?
Yes, we send replacement parts at no extra cost.

5. How do I track my order?
Shipments to the United States are handled by the company Estafeta, to track your order we recommend you to go to www.estafeta.com with your tracking number. Once the package crosses the border it is handled by another company such as FedEx, LSO or GSO and an international tracking number will be displayed in the tracking screen, under the line "Guía Internacional".
The estimated time of delivery is 8 business days, but this time may vary due to issues beyond our control.

6. Do you customize products?
We can custom the colors of the products in our catalog. We may sometimes accept some customized orders on demand depending on our workload.
