Plugs are lightweight and comfortable to wear. Designs are carved and then inlayed with a Bone dust.

Double flared with a very subtle yet effective saddle.

Plugs are reversible, meaning they can be worn showing the design on the front or turned around, showing all black. It's like two pairs for the price of one!

These are super comfortable. They took some adjustment because the saddle is wider than I'm used to so they stick out further on either side, but they aren't heavy or burdensome on my ears.

The plugs/tunnels themself are beautiful. However it was more than a headache trying to communicate with Hillary, she barely responds. I had to reach out to her and it took her more than two weeks to resolve the issue (she couldn’t find some tunnels I had wanted). Now that they’ve finally arrived, the order is incomplete (I bought mine when there was a sale, buy 3, get 1 free. The 4th pair were not included). At this point I don’t have the energy to try to resolve the missing plugs as much as I love them. I’m giving two stars because the lack of communication, insufficient customer service, and missing plugs. I hope your experience is better than mine.
