The drop down boxes above the add to cart button refer to steps 1 and 2 below. Step 3 below refers to what I need from you in the comments portion of your order.

1. First Drop-Down Box: FINISH, CUSTOM TEXT, EMBELLISHMENTS
FINISH (Pic 5) - You pick the finish - polished, brushed, satin, matte
TEXT - You select your own customization - count the characters in your phrase and pick the corresponding number in the drop down menu.
EMBELLISHMENT (Pic 5) - If you want, add a raised shape.

2. Second Drop-Down Box: SIZE, TEXTURE, FONT
SIZE - you pick the size - standard (6.5" circumference) or large (7" circumference) - see below for further details on selecting the right size.
TEXTURE (Pic 5) - you pick the texture - we offer 5 (FIVE) textures from which to pick.
FONT (Pic 5) - you pick the font - we offer 3 (THREE) fonts from which to pick.
<< PLEASE NOTE >> our design feature is that tiny dancer and typewriter are all lower case, STANDARD is all upper case. If you want any letters capped out of the tiny dancer and typewriter sets, you'll need to specify so on your order, i.e. please CAP the first letter of the word *Mary*. Just writing the engraving instructions with a capitalized letter in the word doesn't count. We'll need you to state for us to CAP it or send us a separate convo asking for the design correction.

3. In the personalization portion of your order WE NEED YOU TO INDICATE:

a. SLIM Metal - you indicate one of these: copper (pink-ish hue), nu gold or German silver
b. SKINNY Metal - you indicate one of these: copper (pink-ish hue), nu gold or German silver

d. TEXT - indicate INSIDE or OUTSIDE

UPGRADES - if you added upgrades I'll need to know:

e. MONOGRAM - as it is to be inscribed (if you list ABC, it will be inscribed EXACTLY as that with B being larger and in the middle, usually signifying the last name) - Monogram will go outside edge of cuff.

★ Please NOTE -- these are all completely hand forged from scratch and each one is made to order. Considerable loving care is given in each creation. We pride ourselves on the quality and the fact that we start with raw sheet metal and transform them into art. Each letter is individually hand engraved; each hammer stroke is struck by hand. We offer two sizes. Standard, which fits most wrists, at a 6.5" circumference . Large at a circumference of 7". These are CUFFS, not bangles. There is an opening in the back of 1". Cuffs are meant to bend and pinch down to suit the size of your wrist and they are meant to fit snugly.

We use the following metals in our custom cuffs: German Silver, Nu Gold and Copper. Do read about the metal content in our products please see our policies section for a breakdown of what's in all of our metals.

★FINISH DETAILS★

★POLISHED will come straight out of the tumbler and not be sprayed. It will be bright and sparkly but will age (or tarnish) more readily. ★BRUSHED will still be tumbled for hours but will receive a final brushing before being sent off to you. The brushed look is more subdued than polished and gives the typical clean brush lines. It will be beautifully brushed but it will age (or tarnish) more readily. ★SATIN CLEAR GUARD will still be tumbled for hours but will receive a coating of our Eco-friendly clear guard SATIN spray. This low VOC, environmentally friendly spray helps to guard against sun, salts, heat, water and tarnish. Though it won't last forever, it will still give a beautiful SATIN (bright and blingy) coating and help to stave off the aging effect if you are not partial to that.
★MATTE CLEAR GUARD will still be tumbled for hours but will receive a coating of our Eco-friendly clear guard MATTE spray. This low VOC, environmentally friendly spray helps to guard against sun, salts, heat, water and tarnish. Though it won't last forever, it will still give a beautiful matte coating and help to stave off the aging effect if you are not partial to that.

**NORMAL PRODUCTION - Once we receive your order, it goes immediately into the normal production queue which is on average 5 business days but can be longer depending on our load. Please see our policy section for our most up-to-date production lead time.
**RUSH PRODUCTION - If your order is time sensitive and you need it quick domestically or internationally, we offer RUSH PRODUCTION for $20 which is max 3 business days in production. Everything we use has been approved through rigorous quality standards that focus on the good of our staff, our customers, and the Earth.

Here’s a breakdown of our metals:

Sterling Silver is 92.5% Silver and 7.5% Copper.

Yellow Gold Filled is solid 14 karat Gold bonded over jeweler’s Brass.

Rose Gold Filled is 14 karat Gold and Copper bonded over jeweler’s Brass. Copper is what gives Rose Gold its warm hue.

Nu Gold (or Red Brass) is 85% Copper and 15% Zinc.

German Silver is 65% Copper, 18% Nickel and 17% Zinc.

Copper is pure 100% Copper.

Note: The last three options above may darken or discolor skin over time. If you feel this will be a problem, we highly suggest upgrading to one of the first three options.

Typical production time runs 5 business days.

Production time for some items, such as Patina and Raw Stone Jewelry, runs up to 2 weeks.

Once each order is finished, it is beautifully gift packaged and shipped.

Raw Stone Jewelry is created using our in-house electroforming and plating operations. This process is fantastic alchemy that produces one-of-a-kind treasures.

We use raw birthstones and other gems and form a unique setting in your choice of 24 karat Yellow Gold plated, 18 karat Rose Gold plated, Fine .999 Silver plated or Copper.

All pieces are initially electroformed in Copper before receiving their luxurious fine metal treatments.

Raw Stone Jewelry is handcrafted just for you. This means you have infinite opportunities to personalize meaningful custom creations that tell your unique story.

Patina is a genuine metal oxidation process which provides the vibrant pops of color you see in our shop.

We work with Eco-friendly patinas to create these wearable works of art. Some pieces receive our Eco-friendly spray sealants while others receive our low-VOC ever-clear process to create a barrier to prevent the patina from wearing off too soon. Your patina piece is fully cured upon delivery to you. With the ever-clear treated pieces, the coating is best described as a modified resin, similar to varnish on furniture. If you have experienced allergic tendencies when in contact with varnish, we suggest you opt for our untreated metal pieces.

We follow precise US Ring Sizing Standards so we can provide a comfortable, reliable experience for our customers. To be confident you are ordering the right size, be sure to read all product information thoroughly as with some pieces we do encourage upsizing depending on the fit.

For ring sizing, we strongly recommend purchasing one of our reusable Ring Sizers prior to ordering.

Alternatively, having your fingers professionally sized by a local jeweler or jewelry shop is recommended.

Cuff bracelets are beautiful, comfortable, and versatile. Their design is flexible, allowing you to adjust and find your perfect fit.

We offer two cuff sizes, 6.5” and 7”. About 75% of our customers find the 6.5” size to work best for them.

Cuffs are intended to fit close to the skin, snugly. To fit your cuffs, gently open them up by pulling apart the sides. Slide the cuff onto your wrist and then pinch it down. A little pinch on either side of the opening works well. Gently bend, shape, twist to suit!

While all of our rings are made true to US Ring Sizing Standards, some people benefit from going up 1/2 to a full size for the most comfortable fit with rings that stack up to 1/2" and greater. This includes Stacking Rings, Dynamo Ring, Make Your Mark Ring, Wrap Rings, and any ring that is considered to be a wide banded ring. With regard to stacking rings, if you are stacking 4-5 stacking rings we usually find most people benefit from upsizing.
