FAQs
I M P O R T A N T: Handle with care, it is recommended to NOT shower, swim or apply lotions while wearing these pieces of jewelry, as you will break down the adhesive, and or create discolorations of the metal(s) used to create your special piece. Use a polishing cloth rather than liquid cleanser which will damage pearls, crystals, some metals, and other delicate patina finishes. Store your jewelry wrapped in tissue paper inside a jewelry box to minimize exposure to the air.
All items are carefully packaged and arranged neatly inside of gift boxes with suitably tissue and cotton fiber fill. If ordering multiply items I'll leave small indications of which items are tucked away inside. This way you can present your item(s) to your recipient(s) without undoing the packaging. No receipts or invoices are shipped with your items to avoid prices being displayed if being sent as a gift. Please refer to your Emails for invoices and tracking information.
Packages are sent US First Class Mail with tracking and may take up 3-7 business days to reach their destination(s). This time may fluctuate during busier holiday seasons. I do offer faster shipping methods, please use the drop down menu when checking out. Please refer to your Emails for tracking information and feel free to contact me with any concerns.
Packages are sent First Class Air Mail. It may take 14 business days for your package to reach you depending on your postal service and customs. This time may fluctuate during busier holiday seasons.
