Eligible Returns will be refunded MINUS restocking/shipping costs of 20%. Include a note with directions & ship returns/exchanges to the address on the original envelope (or message me for address). Use original packaging or similar. Don't try to ship jewelry in a regular envelope with stamps. (Most of the time it will end up on the floor of a mail sorting facility.) Custom orders are non refundable.
