Cancellations for art prints and gallery wrapped canvas prints are allowed very rarely as I commence working on my customers' prints shortly after the orders are placed. If you need to cancel, please contact me as soon as possible - I can make no guarantees that your order can be cancelled.

If your order arrives to you damaged, or if there is an issue with your print, please send me a photo of the damage/problem. All issues must be reported to me within 7 days of delivery.

I do accept returns under the following conditions: • All items must be returned within 7 days of delivery. • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. • Original shipping costs will not be refunded. • Buyer is responsible for loss in value if an item isn’t returned in original condition. Products must be returned in original packaging.

Art prints 8x10 inches and smaller will be carefully wrapped in a flat and sturdy cardstock envelope. Prints larger than 8x10 inches will be wrapped and placed in a rigid 3" tube to ensure protection against crushing and bending.

Please note that any costs, including customs and VAT fees above regular shipping charges, are the buyer's responsibility. Be aware that your own country's customs service may impose a range of import fees, taxes, tariffs, duties at the time of delivery. Any and all customs or duty fees are not within my control and are the responsibility of the buyer.

All prints are printed trimmed exactly to size. (There is no white border surrounding the design.) Each print is printed on premium smooth matte heavy paper with long-lasting inks. The colours on your monitor may differ slightly from the printed art.

Art Prints: Art prints are printed & shipped from my professional print lab in the US. Packages are shipped within 1-3 business days. US: Packages are shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx. Canada: Packages are shipped via USPS. Transit Times: Canadian orders: Approximately 8-21 business days American orders: Approximately 5-7 business days Canvas Prints: Canvas prints are printed & shipped from my professional canvas print lab in the US. Packages are shipped within 3-4 business days. Would you prefer a gallery wrapped canvas print? If so, then this is the listing for you. All of my designs are available as a canvas print in your choice of nine different sizes.

Ordering
When you place your order, please make sure to let me know which of my print designs you would like. I will need the following information:

• name of art print
• the URL/web link for the item
• your colour choice for the print, if the print comes in a variety of colour options

Also, please make sure that the print design you would like is available in the canvas size you are ordering.

Gallery Wrapped Canvas Prints
• Prepared with genuine OEM 8-colour pigment inks that will resist fading for over 100 years
• Water & scratch resistant with a satin protective coating 
• Canvas depth is 1.25 inches
• Printed on thick archival grade, poly-cotton blend canvas to provide greater durability. The canvas is pH neutral and acid free and will not yellow over time
• Constructed with a solid face to support the canvas and to ensure that the canvas print will not warp, bow, loosen or deform over time.
• The image/design is extended to all four edges of the canvas
• Ready to hang: all canvas prints come with hanging hardware pre-installed
