RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
In Australia

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase from Bobbins & Co, email us at bobbinsandco@gmail.com and we will discuss on a case by case basis, if you are eligible to return your item. In order to receive a full refund, the item must be in an unworn, undamaged condition in its original packaging with all original tags.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and so returns are available for 1 year from the date of purchase, as long as the item meets the criteria (unworn, undamaged, original condition). Refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser, and exchange items or refunds will only be sent after the item has been received by Bobbins & Co and fully inspected.

Under Australian consumer law, Bobbins & Co is not required to offer refunds in the event that a purchaser has had a change of mind, purchased the incorrect size, used an item in a way it is not meant to be used, or has incorrectly handled/cared for the item(s). Please contact Bobbins & Co to discuss any questions you might have.

In order to make sure that the item is the correct one and the correct size, please read the item(s) descriptions carefully and double check the size charts on the listings.


FAULTY ITEMS

Should a manufacturing fault occur please contact us immediately. A minor manufacturing fault could include, but is not limited to, a broken zip, broken clips or attachments. In some cases, a repair can be made. We will not pay for a third party to repair the item. A repair will only be given if the purchaser has taken reasonable care of the item(s), have not damaged the item(s) by using them in a way they were not meant to be used, are able to prove they bought the item(s) from us and the item has not been owned for more than 12 months from the date of purchase.

CARE

To ensure that your item remains in the best condition that it can, it is vital to take care of the fabric. Each item will have the correct care label attached so that you know how to wash and care for the item. In most cases, a cold gentle machine wash and line dry in the shade will ensure your item remains in excellent condition for the life of the garment.
