DELAYED or LOST PACKAGES:
I always do my best to ship as soon as possible so that your jewelry gets to you right away. Unfortunately the postal service is not always perfect and sometimes packages get delayed or even possibly lost. Be patient. But if it has been way too long and your package has still not arrived, make sure to message me so I am aware! We can work something out to make you happy :)

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
I will accept returns or exchanges if you are unsatisfied with your jewelry purchase. You must send the item back to me within 12 days of you receiving it, unworn and in the original gift boxing. Shipping costs will not be refunded, just the cost of the item purchased from my shop. You are responsible for return postage. The refund will be given once I have received the item back from you. The same goes for exchanges: I will send the new item after I receive the old.

DAMAGED or BROKEN ITEMS:
I try to ship all my jewelry securely (within a gift box in a padded envelope) to prevent any damage. If somehow the item is damaged when it gets to you, please let me know so I can resolve the situation!
If any of my jewelry breaks unexpectedly, let me know and I will figure something out to make you happy!

Shipping Information

All my jewelry will be ready to ship within 4 days of receiving payment. Most times I am able to get your package out within 2 days of the order. Sometimes little things come up that extends shipping time to 3 or 4 days. If you have worked out a custom order with me, I will have messaged you directly with estimated completion and shipping times.

All items are shipped from Davenport, Iowa using the United States Postal Service (USPS) You'll receive an email with your tracking info once your package is shipped.

Shipping within the US is a $2.50 flat rate using First Class, which will take about 2-5 days to arrive and includes full tracking.
Each item ordered after the first will be a .50c additional shipping fee.

Shipping pricing and times outside the US will depend on location

CUSTOM ORDERS:
I can do custom orders by request. To do this please message me with the specific type of image you would like to see turned into jewelry. I will then do my best to make this happen. I will send a proof of the image I will be using, which you then need to approve with me. I will then ask you to purchase the option in my store labeled "custom order" and pick the details (size, type, etc).
Or even better, send me a high quality JPEG I can use, and I can get started right away!
