Description

*Plan only. No physical items will be shipped*

This table saw fence is unique from other T-square style table saw fences in that it has what I call an incremental positioner, so when you lock the fence, it moves to the nearest 1/16". This also makes it repeatable, the feature I think you'll love most. You can make a cut, move the fence, bring it back and make another cut at precisely the same place as the first cut.

A little history (how the plans came about)
Some time ago I made a table saw fence for myself, and made a YouTube video about it. Since then, I have gotten many requests for plans, so here they are. If you have not seen the YouTube video yet, I recommend you watch that before buying these plans.
How I made the fence: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4pudkvHFOfk
Some uses for the fence: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WJfU1UwY3V0

This listing includes one zip file which contains:
Sketchup drawings of the fence (both assembled and exploded views)
PDF written instructions which can be printed or viewed on almost any device

In order to view the 3D Sketchup drawings, you'll need to get Sketchup, which is a free, easy-to-use 3D CAD program.

NOTE: this listing is for plans to build the table saw fence shown, it does not include any physical items.

These plans are for personal use only. Do not resell them.

Great set of plans and instructions for a great design. Could build from the photos available online, but this has saved hours of head scratching. Worth every penny

    Dear Jeremy,

Thanks for the effort you made to produce these plans.
I already took the liberty to remodel your Sketchup design in Solidworks, just to make it with metric size materials locally available, and help me with new drawings for the parts.

Stock sizes in inches don't work in Germany, and the motor mount needed to be altered a bit to accomodate mine.

I bought your plans to get the info you gathered, and I must say it saves me a lot of trial and error to get the job done.

Thums up, and keep up the good work.

    Cheers, Albert.
