Description

Jingle Bells is an age old favorite, everyone knows the words and can sign along. This adorable Jingle all the way Sign is approximately 10"x 4.5". This sign will be a great addition to your holiday decor, as well as a great hostess gift, teacher gift, gift for a friend, etc., etc.

As shown, the sign is painted in a hunter green with cream writing and comes with three bells adorning the sign by a jute tie. This sign will ship as shown, unless a different color selection has been made. If you have any questions about this sign, please convo me.


Each one of my signs is made individually and a little different from the next. I cut, sand and hand-paint each of my signs, so no two will ever be identical. The wood I use is solid pine and comes with natural characteristics. I do not try to mask these characteristics, as I feel it gives my signs some extra personality. Characteristics can include knots, dings, dents or other markings that is expected in wood.

I ship using the United States Postal Service.

Returns and exchange details

My shop sells items that are handcrafted, and because of that reason, I do NOT offer REFUNDS or RETURNS. There may be a rare instance that an exchange is necessary. Any exchange will be determined qualified by On the Hilltop. It must follow the criteria listed in my policies. I strive to make each and every one of my customers happy. I appreciate the fact that you've made a purchase from my shop. I haven't had anyone disappointed thus far and that is the standard I will continue to hold myself to. I do at times find the need to take the initiative and change an item slightly. (more or less distressing, different ribbon) I reserve the right to use creative license and make your item look "perfect". If there is an issue with an item you've purchased from me, please contact On the Hilltop within 3 days of delivery and I'll do my best to work it out with you. I do NOT accept returns for any reason. Each sign I make is made upon order, therefore, it is a custom order. I will accept an exchange if it meets my policy criteria. An exchange for the same identical item will be offered, not a refund or a return. Shipping will be determined as outlined in policy #1, #2 & #3

EXCHANGE POLICY
1. If there is a need to exchange an item, you the buyer, at your cost, can return an item to me and I will make the changes you feel fit for an additional fee that we will work out through convos.
2. If an exchange needs to be made because I spelled something incorrectly (in other words, I did not write what you wrote to me), I, at my cost, will correct the item and return ship it to you.
3. You the buyer, have 3 business days to contact On the Hilltop regarding an exchange and 7 business days to ship an item back for exchange.

THOSE ARE THE ONLY TWO REASONS FOR AN EXCHANGE. I DO NOT ACCEPT REFUNDS OR RETURNS FOR ANY REASON. PLEASE NOTE THIS POLICY BEFORE MAKING YOUR PURCHASE. COLOR VARIATIONS CAN OCCUR FROM COMPUTER SCREEN, PHONE SCREEN, TABLET SCREEN. YOUR SIGN WILL BE PAINTED THE COLOR INDICATED IN THE DESCRIPTION.

I primarily use pine for my signs. Pine has natural characteristics that include knots and other imperfections. On the Hilltop does not mask knots, natural imperfections, dings or dents in the wood used. Most of my signs are of a primitive style decor. Primitive decor is not perfect, it is distressed. My signs are all handmade. Handmade items are not manufactured by a machine, they are never exact, making them pieces of art. No two signs will ever be identical. If you are interested in manufactured items, please check out a different shop that does as such. I photograph each sign that I ship prior to packaging. Although I do not offer insurance as an add on option, it is often included in your shipment since I generally ship USPS Priority Mail. I do not ship items that I wouldn't give as a gift myself.

Shipping policies

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. My shipping price reflects the cost of shipping and any handling fees. Insurance is not offered. I do provide delivery confirmation for most items. I ship many items within 5-7 business days. During the holiday season and bridal season, delays can occur and I may have to update the ship date. If you must have an item by a certain date, please contact me and I'll try to work it out for you, or you can purchase a "rush my order" and move your order to the front of the line. I only ship to the United States and I use the United States Post Office as my shipper.

Additional policies

I am a one person show. I make my designs, cut all of my wood, sand it, seal it, paint it...and I LOVE It! I love making things and having people smile when they receive an item I've made. I put a little piece of my heart into each item I create. Made with love I guess you could say. I love each and every one of the items I sell. I've initially made them for myself most times and I'm glad to share them with you. Thank you for taking the time to visit my shop. I hope you enjoy your purchase as much as I've enjoyed making it!
