Hi Friends! **WE ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING CHRISTMAS ORDERS!** All orders placed on or before Dec. 5th will all be shipped on or before Dec. 17th-19th to make sure it has every chance to be delivered before Christmas! If you order after Dec. 5th your order is not guaranteed to ship in time for the holidays and may ship or be delivered AFTER the holidays! Please contact us with any concerns.

Order volume is extremely high this time of the year. All items are currently at a 3-4 weeks processing time, but again all orders placed on or before Dec. 5th will be shipped by the 17th-19th so it has every chance to arrive in time for the holidays! Our shop will be closed (but still accepting orders) for the holidays from Dec. 23rd-Jan. 1st for the holidays and time with family, therefore NO orders will be shipping during that time. We will still be accepting orders and I will still be responding to messages :) We will resume shipping again on the Jan. 2nd. If you need to cancel your order please contact us ASAP!!

Orders placed on or AFTER Dec. 6th may not ship until AFTER the holidays. Orders placed on Dec. 13th and thereafter will not be shipped out until the 2nd of Jan and thereafter. Please contact us with any concerns on your order :)

USPS has set a deadline that all orders for Christmas must be shipped by the 21st to be received by Christmas, however, we know from experience this isn't always true, so we send items out a few days sooner just to give wiggle room to make it have every reason to arrive :) We will be doing items by batch for quality control and also for us to get all orders out in a timely matter for Christmas! Therefore, some items may not ship exactly on the date stated and it may ship a day or two past the scheduled ship date.. this is the easiest way for us to ship orders to make sure EVERYONE has a chance to receive their items in time for Christmas. We will be doing all orders in batches for quality control and for the easiest and fastest ways to get items out. Again, all orders placed on or before the 5th of Dec. will be shipped from us in time for Christmas delivery!!

USPS can take 2-3 business days for delivery (allow a little more time this time of the year due to the holiday volume) and FEDEX can take up to a week.

We will be offering Rush Orders for a $15 fee during the holidays! This will have your item(s) processed/made and shipped from us within 3 business days or less! Then there will be shipping delivery time added to that at 2-3 business days with USPS and up to a week with FEDEX. We can guarantee your order to ship from us within 3 business days or less, but cannot guarantee delivery times as those are set with the postal services!! Also, we encounter a ton of messages this time of the year so it may take a little longer to get to all of them, but please know we will and that we are working very hard for you!! :) ♥ We will NOT be accepting rush orders after Dec. 13th!

PLEASE ADVISE IMPORTANT NOTE: We CAN guarantee your Christmas orders will be shipped with plenty of time and chance to arrive for the holidays (if ordered on or before the 5th of Dec.), but we can not guarantee they will be delivered by the postal service as this is not in our control. Once packages leave us we are not responsible for delivery times. We can only go by the estimated dates of arrival with the post office.. we ship items before their cut off to give it even more reasons and a chance to be delivered in time! Their cut off is Dec. 21st, but we are shipping everything on the 19th or sooner so it has extra days for transit as this time of the year can get very busy with USPS and FEDEX.

FUTURE ORDERING INFORMATION (Dec. 6th-Dec. 13th orders placed):
**All That's Rustic will not be shipping any order from Dec. 23rd-Jan. 3rd as we will be out of the shop for the holiday break!! However we will still be accepting orders and responding to messages, but we will not be shipping any orders! We will resume shipping order on Jan. 6th. Also during that time we will NOT be accepting any rush orders! Purchases made Dec. 6th thru the rest of December may not ship until after the holidays .. so the processing times will be more along the 3-4 week time frame. We are extremely thankful for your understanding, time, and patience and allowing us to take a family holiday break to be with family! ♥ We are so excited for this new year as we will be introducing some pretty neat and new items!! We also can't thank you all enough for all your orders and keeping us busy :) YOU are a blessing and YOU are appreciated! We deliver using USPS Priority Mail, USPS Parcel, and occasionally USPS First Class Mail. Our main method is Priority 1-3 business day. If you live in the far West, we typically use Parcel (2-9 business days). We try to use the method that is most cost efficient for both you and I. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT THE POSTAL SERVICE WILL DELIVER YOUR PACKAGE ON TIME AS STATED. We can only hope they do as promised, but we are not responsible for them and their delivery time frames!

INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES: I use either USPS Priority International or USPS First Class International. You will have delivery confirmation. The time for delivery will vary!! We are NOT responsible for anything once the package has shipped. We are also not responsible for any extra fees that could occur. Once it leave us it is out of our hands! Remember the fee is a shipping postage fee only!! We are not responsible for any fees once it has been shipped out. PLEASE MAKE SURE ADDRESS ENTER IS CORRECTLY FILLED OUT!!

We provide tracking information with all our shipping methods. USPS Priority comes with insurance. Parcel does not come with insurance. If you would like to purchase additional insurance for your item, please let me know and we will arrange the payment for this! We are not responsible for lost or damaged items due to the postal service, however, we will do our best to make it right. (Typically I will choose the more cost efficient mail routes)

All in all, please contact us if you have questions or concerns. Also, if you have an item arrive damaged and it is something that can easily be replaced or fixed please contact us with a picture for proof and we will gladly replace the item.

If we send your item to an incorrect address that you put on file by mistake, more than likely the package will be sent back to us. We will not ship the item out again, until payment for the second postage has been paid. Thank you for your understanding on this.

WE WILL NOT SEND OUT A PACKAGE IF THE ADDRESS IS INCOMPLETE. We do not want to risk the package being lost or sent to another address and the risk of the item never being returned. This would put us and you out of pocket... not a good situation! Please check and make sure your shipping address is to where you would like for it to go. We sent to the address provide on file when you place your order, unless otherwise told.

We will also NOT ship out orders than are still missing detailed information for us to complete your order. We will give it a few weeks. If we do not ever hear anything back from you about colors, initials needed, etc. We will have to refund you back the money and cancel out the order. Please, please read descriptions and do not leave out any important order details!

Most the time we bundle shipping together if you purchase more than one item from our shop, however, depending on the item and how fragile it may be we may separate the items to prevent damages. Typically in this case you will receive a refund for shipping overcharges.

Please check your Etsy conversations from time to time if you have an order out with us! We may need to contact you about something on your order or about details!!

We hand pick, create, build, and sand down all our wood to the best of our ability without taking the natural beauty away from our products!! Some wood products may show nail heads, nail holes, or knicks. We do not pick any wood we would use in our own home! We build with the best quality possible.
--Colors and textures may not all be the same due to the nature of the wood. Since we deal with reclaimed wood color variations may be slightly different, but all in all it is still the same color tones/shades. Some wood stains may appear lighter or darker than pictured, but again in the same color tones. For our mason jar colors, different computers/phone screens may do the lighting a little different so color could vary a little.
