Tracking is not updates for few days. Where is my parcel?

It is normal that the tracking is not updates for some time (usually few days, in rare cases, and during the holidays up to 2-3 weeks). At this time, the parcel is passing between customs and countries. I as a seller have the same information as you have on the official websites of postal services. In that case, if you have not received your package within 30 - 45 days after sending, please contact me, because I have the opportunity to initiate the search of your parcel.

I still have not received my order. Do you know when I will receive it? Do you have an estimated delivery date for me?

What if I have not received the parcel and it came back to the seller as unclaimed?

Please check the tracking periodically and Your Inbox. Keep in mind that it is the responsibility of the buyer to pick up the parcel on time.

What does free shipping mean?

If You buy a product with the option "free shipping" it means that on your way to the cart and when paying the price will remain the same.
