Returns & exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details

All jewellery is handmade and considerable care and attention is given in creating these products. We only offer refunds on certain items and must be contacted within 3 days after receipt of items and postmarked within 14 days. We reserve the right to refuse to refund or exchange any items in the store. Custom sized jewellery is not refundable.

Items must be in original, unworn and unused condition and in the same packaging it was received in. You need to contact us in writing as this will make the returns process quicker and easier.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We also do not refund the original cost of shipping. Your refund will be processed within 7 days once the item has been received (in its original condition and packaging) and the payment has cleared into our bank account. When sending an item back, it is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service as we will not be held responsible for non-receipt of returned goods. If the item and any packaging provided is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are not refundable.

Certain items that are made to order will not be refunded, for example, body chains, slave bracelets and barefoot sandals as these are all custom sized. Custom orders are not refundable.

Please note that many bracelets are custom made to size and will only be exchanged or refunded at the owner's discretion.

BULK ORDERS:
Refunds will not be accepted for 3 or more items. Due to the great time and effort required to create and dispatch higher quantity orders, they are FINAL SALE! If you have any doubts that the product will be suitable, please purchase one to make sure that you will be satisfied before ordering the item in bulk. No exceptions to this policy. Thank you.

All returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

You may also exchange certain goods for items in its original and unused condition (excluding custom orders, slave bracelets, body chains and bridal barefoot sandals). Postage will be charged for exchanged items. If an item is being exchanged for a large size or needing extra materials there will additional material and labour costs. Please contact us within 3 days if you require an item to be exchanged.

We cannot be held responsible for the loss and/or damage of items whilst in transit. Please ensure that items are suitably protected against damage whilst in transit and that you use a recorded delivery service.

After the relevant time period has elapsed, sales are then considered final.

Cancellations:
A cancellation for an order may be requested within 24 hours from purchase and within 2 hours for personalised items. Cancellations will not be accepted if the order has entered the production or shipping queue. A cancellation may be considered at the shop owner's discretion and will be subject to a restocking fee due to wasted labour and material costs. Thank-you for understanding

Due to high volume of orders, shipping time is 3-5 business days. In certain times such as peak periods or holidays the time to process and ship out orders will increase. If this is the case then there will be a shop announcement giving more details. If you are in doubt about how long it will take you to receive your purchase, please rather contact me for specific details.

Need your item dispatched sooner? Don't despair! Leave a message at the time of purchase or contact me and I will do everything I can to get it shipped out sooner.

You will be notified as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Items are shipped priority mail from the United Kingdom and shipped to overseas destinations via Royal Mail Airmail. Items usually takes 1-5 business days in the United Kingdom and 7-15 business days to international destinations. This is only an estimate and delays can occur which means that items may take longer than initially stated.
For international orders, arrival times can vary depending on the postal service in your own country and can take longer during holidays and peak seasons.

Standard delivery does not include delivery confirmation or tracking number. If you need Registered Mail with a tracking number and/or signature on delivery, please contact me for a quote. We cannot be held responsible for items are not arriving if sent with standard delivery and a replacement will only be sent at the discretion of the shop owner.

While rare, it is not unheard of for parcels to take 6 -8 weeks to arrive. This could happen because parcels sent to international destinations are subject to inspection at the customs control in the recipients country which adds to the delay.

Great care is taken when packaging items to make sure they are well protected whilst in transit.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any custom charges and import duties.

Receipts: In keeping with the company's 'green initiative' no receipts are sent out with orders. A receipt is emailed to the customer at the time of purchase. A gift receipt can be provided if necessary. Please convo us or add a note at the time of purchase if you would like a gift receipt sent with your purchase.
