Returns & exchanges

All returns should be received back to us within 7 days of receipt. If the reason for return is our fault then we will pay refund postage. If you find the item is not suitable and you wish to return, postage costs are paid by the buyer. Refunds will be given once the item has been received back to us.

Shipping policies

We routinely use Royal Mail for all our parcels, bigger items we may use Hermes. Orders placed before 2pm are despatched same day 2nd class post after 2pm the next working day.
