Never received the item. Was charged. No response from seller or Etsy. What a mess! As an intended gift, I'm embarrassed and left scrambling, and the company couldn't care less. What kind of organization of this size doesn't have customer service? I'll never use this platform again, and I'll be sure everyone in my circle is aware. Super sloppy...

DID NOT RECEIVE ORDER!!! Shop owner did not respond to any messages, and never shipped item out! I do not recommend purchasing anything from this shop.
