Returns and exchange details

If you're not happy, we're not happy! I want you to love your purchase. And if you don't please contact me with any questions or concerns about the product(s) you've received. I will accept refunds or exchanges up to 14 days from the date of purchase. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of product in original package and the same condition as when it was sent to you. Please note that you are responsible for shipping charges.
In few cases, some products (such as custom orders) are not always guaranteed refundable.

I try to keep my clients happy and will work something out if the final product is unsatisfactory.

Shipping policies

Items in stock will be shipped within 2-3 days via USPS First Class.
Expedited shipping is available upon request. Pricing varies by location, and shipping speed (overnight, 2 day, etc).
We are happy to ship anywhere in the world. International parcels are sent using USPS First Class Mail International. International customers: Please allow one to four weeks for delivery-or longer during holiday periods.

International buyers, please note that you are responsible for any Custom fees, taxes, tariffs, or other duties incurred. We have no control over your country as regards imports.

We aren’t responsible for delays due to customs.

We aren’t responsible for the lost or damage during transit, but if you have any issues please contact us and we will do everything to help.
