Returns and exchange details

We want you to be happy and we will gladly accept returns on non-custom items within 7 days from the date of purchase. Once I receive the item back, I will refund your account minus the shipping charges. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
There are no returns or refunds on custom orders.

All packages will be shipped to the address listed on PayPal or Etsy. Please update your paypal and Etsy account if your address has changed. I cannot be responsible for packages shipped to the incorrect address.

Please note, I cannot control the USPS. I ship your order allowing enough time for the USPS to deliver your order. However, sometimes there are circumstances that are out of my control.
Most packages are shipped via first class mail. If you need your order in a hurry, just contact me so that I can adjust your listing to include Priority shipping!

You should receive a USPS tracking number. If your order has been lost in the Postal Service, please contact the USPS and provide your tracking number.
