In order to keep our shipping fees as low as possible, our standard shipping option does not include Lost Parcel Insurance. If you select the standard option and your parcel is lost in the mail, we will not be able to offer a refund or reshipment.

If you purchased insurance, please contact us within 60 days of purchase if you have not received your parcel. Insurance claims have a 60-day window.

It takes anywhere from a few weeks to a few months before returns are transported to our local Chit Chats for pick up. Refunds, minus the $7 return fee, will be issued once the parcel reaches our location.
