I try to describe the items as accurately as possible in my listings. Please read my listings carefully. I have included the sizes of the items in the listing. Please feel free to message me prior to purchase if you have any questions about sizes. I package carefully. Send me a message if you have any questions on packaging.

All pictures are taken very carefully, but please note that colors may vary slightly from one computer screen to the next and I cannot be held responsible for slight color variations as shown on different computer monitors.

All *wholesale* items will be shipped in a protective plastic wrap (such as bubble wrap) and not in boxes.

All sales are final. No refunds.

Please note: We do not provide refunds on lost shipments or packages or damaged items in transit - these are Post Office errors. Our shop is not at fault for any post office mishaps.

I do accept exchanges on special circumstances. We need to discuss why the return is being made prior to any other actions and if I accept the exchange, then we will move from there. You must return the original product within 7 days. Also, if I do not receive the item within 7 days, I will not provide an exchange. For all exchange items, you will be required to pay a separate shipping price and the difference in cost (if the item costs more), as well.

In addition, if any items are damaged and returned prior to 30 days of purchase, an exchange can be made. The damage must be explained and a picture must be provided for the broken item. Also, the broken item must be returned to receive the new item. However, after 30 days of purchase, no exchanges can be made.

Shipment of multiple items may be combined in the same box or fewer boxes.

For custom request/multiples and wholesale orders, they will be mailed out in several weeks. Let me know if you need the order sooner and I'd be more than happy to work with you. Also, shipping might slightly increase for more than three items.

Please make sure you place the right address for me to ship the package to, when checking out. If the wrong address is given and the package is shipped, the package is then out of my hands and I will have no way of retrieving it.
