Acrylic Templates for English Paper Piecing

When I pieced my lucy boston quilt I just cut a piece of plastic and used that...I wish I would have tried these acrylic templates. They are AMAZING! Some have an open center...others do not. That is something new that Paper Pieces is doing. I prefer the templates with open centers, but to each their own.

Right now we have templates for Lucy Boston POTC, 1 inch hexagons, and a diamond. As I do projects using various acrylics we'll order them in.

The paper peals away from the back of the template so they are clear which makes fussy cutting so much easier.

All acrylics have a 3/8 inch seam allowance added to the size.

Shapes and Sizes are as follows:

1 inch square (open center) used for Lucy Boston Patchwork of the Crosses
1 inch honeycomb (open center) used for Lucy Boston Patchwork of the Crosses
1 inch hexagon (open center)
1 inch hexagon (closed center)
2 1/2 inch 8 point star/ 45 degree diamond (closed center)

Lucy Pack 1 inch square/honey (1 inch square open/1 inch honey open)

Exactly what I needed for my Lucy Boston Patchwork of the Crosses that I started. It will make things go a lot faster. It took a week to get here, but that's understandable. It was shipped the same day that I ordered it.
