At this time, the parcel is passing between customs and countries. I as a seller have the same information as you have on the official websites of postal services. In that case, if you have not received your package within 30 - 45 days after sending, please contact me, because I have the opportunity to initiate the search of your parcel.

Keep in mind that it is the responsibility of the buyer to pick up the parcel on time.

If You buy a product with the option "free shipping" it means that on your way to the cart and when paying the price will remain the same. In case of exchange, return, other situations that have arisen not by mistake of the seller, the cost of shipping is calculated as usual. If the parcel is returned as unclaimed, the cost of shipping is calculated, as usual (approx.:10-20$ or more, depending on the item weight and other factors).

- All orders are final and cannot be canceled. An exception is a duplicate order that occurred accidentally. In this case, one of the orders is subject to cancellation if the buyer contacted and informed the seller immediately after the order.

- If you want to change or add something to your order, just contact me immediately and let me know. Changes to the order are only possible if production of your order has not started yet.

You can add name or short text on the handle of the rolling pin (up to 9 symbols, no special characters!). Find this option in the drop down menu.

If you added a name, but did not select the option:" +name on the handle" - the name will not be added.
