Due to the fact that each of my items are custom crafted and made to order, I subsequently can not accepts returns at this time. I may accept exchanges on a case by case basis which may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. You must notify me within 3 days to receive a RMA number for your exchange to be valid. We cannot accept a return if it is just sent back without contacting us first. I will, however, do everything within my power to make sure you are completely satisfied and in love with your purchase!

Most items are made to order-please allow 5-7 business days for shipment, but on most occasions it will ship 1-3 days. International orders may require an additional 2 days business days for shipment.

I ship Monday - Friday, and my preferred carrier is USPS.
Most domestic orders are sent via First Class Mail. All domestic shipments include complimentary Delivery Confirmation. You must request a faster service if needed please, such as, Priority Mail and pay the difference.

Manly & Rugged is not responsible for items damaged in shipping if insurance is not purchased. If you would like insurance, please contact me. In an effort to keep my shipping prices as low as possible, I DO NOT automatically insure your package. I am happy to insure your order, however, you must request it.

* INTERNATIONAL customers are responsible for any and all customs taxes, duties, or fees, should any be incurred.
I am also not responsible for items damaged or held up in customs. If you would like to purchase insurance, please let me know. Insurance on international parcels is somewhat costly, but I will work with you to get the most economical rate and will ship via alternate carriers if requested.
Additionally, for international orders, I will gladly provide you with a customs form number for tracking purposes should you request it in advance, but I am not responsible for your package once it has reached your country's customs facilities. Shipping times for first class international Mail can take up to six weeks to receive. Please allow this amount of time. Normally it arrives within 7-10 days but can take longer because of customs.

Additional policies

REPAIRS: OUR JEWELRY IS HANDMADE AND DELICATE. Please use care when wearing our creations. Please do not get the items wet or wear while doing vigorous activities. Please keep the item dry and store in a dry place. We are happy to repair an item within 20 days of the ship date. After the 20 day time frame, we do not accept items for repair. Customer is responsible for all shipping for a repair and must be paid prior to re-shipping of the repaired item.
