Unique glowing tear drop shaped pendant radiating a beautiful aqua glow in the dark. Featuring a charming design of what seems like a creature were dancing in the moonlight.

I made this necklace with the highest quality natural glow in the dark material that can be charged as many times as you want for many years! (if you're going to glow, you'd better do it right ;)).

After charging the pendant will glow in evening conditions. Regular light as well as sun will charge the pendant. UV is the best for charging the glow, fading out over the first hour but still containing enough energy to glow in the further into the night. This is not a normal glow in the dark necklace! If you notice the glow fading and want to restore it to it's original fresh glowing state, simply recharge in a matter of seconds with your free pocket key chain torch :)

Returns & exchanges

Refunds are given upon receipt of the product returned in the same condition it was sent. There is a 20% restocking fee for returned items. This fee is imposed as all information regarding on how to use the product, the size of the product, and shipping procedures are clearly stated within the description. Returned postage is provided by the buyer if the error was on their end. If it was an error on my end, we will cover return postage, not exceeding the original amount paid from the purchase. If an exchange is needed, reshipment is covered 1) by the seller if the error was on the seller's end or 2) covered by the buyer if the buyer incorrectly ordered the first time. If the buyer needs to cover reshipment of new product, a paypal invoice will be sent for the best price due to weight of the product; the invoice will be sent to the same email address as the original payment once the replacement is ready to be on its way. I take pride in what I do and the cost of the jewelry is for the jewelry only due the amount of time and effort that goes into each and every piece, therefor the price of the jewelry does not include any shipment costs at any point in time. Any questions or concerns need to be brought to my attention with in 48 hours of delivery. After this time, refunds/exchanges are null and voided. Thank you kindly for your understanding in this. :)

How to Return or Exchange your purchase

1. Get your order number (can be obtained from your invoice which was included with your order) or simply print it from your purchase history to include with the return (please avoid using an app/mobile view as you will not be able to see this info).

2. Either write ALL of your order info down on a piece of paper or include your original receipt AND also the reason you are returning it. If an exchange is requested, please note the what you would like to exchange it for (link to the item you would like). Put it in mail the same way they were padded and packaged when they were sent to you.

3. Seal it up and send it to me using USPS First Class Mail (WITH tracking!!). :) Ship with the this services to the same return address on the package you received. It would be beneficial to message me with your tracking number and the day they were shipped so I can keep an eye out for them.

3. I will contact you the moment I receive the product back. Refund (minus shipping and 10% restocking fee) if you do not want to exchange will be immediately issued once the product is back in our hands and in the same condition it was sent. CANADIAN CUSTOMERS: There is an ongoing labor dispute with in Canada Post. I will not be able to ensure delivery on shipments sent out past the last ship dates suggested by Canada Post. Consult the Canada Post strike updates page to view the last day to ensure delivery for each shipping service.

I am not responsible for packages once they leave my hands. Insurance is already included for international packages. Upgrades including signature required, Priority, Priority Express, etc. Upgrades must be paid for at the time of the order being placed to ensure it is included on your package.

Please make sure your address is correct and complete when submitting your order! This includes a correct first and last name that is registered with the post office on where the package is being delivered. A nick name, unregistered business, or a name that is on the package that is not registered for that address does *not* have to be delivered by the carrier. Unfortunately, I have seen this happen all too many times. While it is fun and I certainly understand, there are still laws with in the postal system. With that, any package that comes back due to address/name error, the package will be held until the buyer gets the corrected information submitted to me before they are resent. The buyer is responsible for any additional re-shipping charges for errors not associated on my end. Once payment clears for the re-shipment postage, they will be sent out again. Thanks for your understanding to ensure you get them safely and quickly! :)
