I gave them 4 stars because despite all that, and my brother not receiving this until after Christmas, and my not having anything to give him on Christmas, he REALLY loved it. It is well made, and great quality.
Not sure I'd buy from this store again, unless I order a month or so in advance. The shipping itself didn't take long but the time between order and shipment was far too long sadly.
