Your item is not Personalised/customised
Your item has arrived damaged/has been made incorrectly

Items must be returned in its original packaging and undamaged. Buyers are responsible for returning these items, covering any shipping fees and custom charges incurred for receiving your return.

I recommend sending via a tracked/insured service as LHJ not responsible for any lost items.

Please post your item within 30 days and retain a proof of postage as I may request a copy of this before issuing a refund.

I try to send orders out as quickly as possible - and often dispatch well within our quoted time frame. Although I cannot promise to prioritise every rush order, I will always try to do my best to meet your deadline. If you do require your order sooner please contact me BEFORE placing your order to discuss time frames.

Please do not add a rush order request in your order notes at checkout. I create orders in the order in which the are received, this means I will not be aware of any special requests noted on your invoice until I come to create your order.

If you have added a rush order request without contacting us, I will continue to create your order regardless of any requested delivery date to avoid any further delays.

All metals will mar / scratch with wear and will tarnish over time. This is normal, however here are some top tips to reduce these effects and avoid further damage:

- Avoid harsh chemicals such as Perfume
- Avoid wearing in the Pool or Shower
- Take off to exercise and sleep
- Be gentle when wearing on and off

Use a lint free cloth, or one our Polishing Cloths, to remove smudges, fingerprints and day-to-day tarnishing.

Each piece comes with a FREE small polishing cloth

Every so often you may need to send your Jewellery in to the Jewellers for a deep clean.

All pieces are created using traditional steel punches, letters are hammered into the metal one at a time, by eye. This creates a unique impression that can differ in spacing, depth and alignment.

I don't consider this a defect but a celebration of these handmade processes - I will not offer a refund/exchange due to "imperfectly" aligned text.

I understand that it is really tricky ordering the perfect fit, especially online. So I'm happy to resize our rings, however this may incur a small charge, which is calculated on a case by case basis as some designs/sizes may be more difficult to adjust.

Please contact me BEFORE sending in your ring, to discuss timeframes, pricing or availability.

All non personalised rings can be exchanged for any different size. Items must be returned in its original packaging and undamaged within 30 days of purchase.

I am so passionate about hand-stamping and want to offer as many styles as possible so you can create unique and special Jewellery. Steel punches can be limited in sizes, so I can’t always offer every font style for every design.

The maximum character count for each design can be be found over the personalisation box - all of the available styles can fit this count, but smaller styles may be able to fit on more characters…please get in touch if your personalisation is longer then the maximum count so I can help.
