Hand thrown on the potters wheel and signed by the artist.

All of my pots are hand decorated, so each piece is wonderfully unique. The design on this pot was influenced by Japanese shoji screens, Frank Lloyd Wright, and Piet Mondrian. The outside of the pot is left mainly unglazed with selected areas of glaze.

Wabi pots are multifunctional, the possibilities are endless ...
pencil cup
decorative art piece
toothbrush holder
utensil caddy
funky party table center pieces - filled with air plants
hostess gift
graduation gift (filled with pens and pencils)
buffet utensil holders (set of three to hold spoons, forks and knives)
. . .

The name of Wabi comes from the first part of the shop name: Wabi-Sabi Gallery. It implies quirkiness, being unique and finding beauty in imperfection.
