DAMAGED ITEMS:

We are happy to announce that Peavy Pieces ships Worldwide. You will receive an email that we have received your order within 24 hours of purchase. We use USPS for shipping orders. We try to use Priority Flat rate delivery service (3-5 business days) on most orders. Larger pieces will be delivered by UPS Ground.

During the Christmas Holiday season orders may take up to 2 weeks as most items are made to order. Rush my order is available just simply let us know and we will be happy to set up a custom rush my order transaction. International orders will take (6 - 10 business days) depending on the destination it may take up to 3 weeks.

Larger items shipping / handling charges and delivery time may vary depending on the weight and size.

Shipping cost all depends on the destination/weight/size you may be subject to pay for shipping overage in a separate transaction with proof of a receipt of the overage shipping charges or you will be issued a refund if shipping costs comes to less than originally charged.
